Wellbeing Mornings

In an initiative to help our team and the wider hub, I set up “Wellbeing Mornings”. This helps facilitate what I can help with as a Mental Health Ally. Every Wednesday morning I would set up a calm environment before work for us to meet, have supportive sessions and start the day well as a team.

I am starting to run mindful sessions called “Balance”
